Location: Rocky View County near Balzac, Alberta, Canada.
This center will have a capacity of 90 MW (power equivalent of 90,000 homes), and classified as Tier 3 center.
Tier 3 centers have less than 2 hours downtime annually due to two complete power systems: two electrical connections and two sets of generators. When one system needs maintenance, you can switch to the other.
During the maintenance, the center will vulnerable if anything happens to the one power system operational.
