Light Emitting Diode Incapcitator
This light emits high intensity, multi-colored, LED clusters, differentiated patterns of flashing light, bright strobe light that temporarily blind, disorient, incapacitate people.
The Incapcitator’s range is 0 - 50 feet, and has application in crowd and riot control.
