The mega roof top tower is on a seniors home with a strip mall, high school and strip mall all in close proximity.
Why are seniors homes frequent targets for these deployments?

It should be noted as well that the small sites being deployed have higher frequency and power output than this roof top tower. However, the meter readings of the small cell site were taken only 30 feet from the small cell antenna. Whereas the readings in this video are from about 500 meters away.
Overall, the trajectory of deployment is towards higher and higher frequency and power output, which will likely coincide with greater deployment of artificial intelligence, digitalization, self-driving autonomous vehicles (with robotaxis leading way), and robotics.
Government policy points to 175 GHz frequency deployment by 2027. Currently frequency levels are around 2-3 GHz.
